Three ways to work together

Host a meetup

Open your doors for an evening of talks, demos and conversation.

What you contribute
A venue, presentation setup, and an on-site contact. Food and drinks are welcome; we agree the practical details together.
How we work together
We coordinate the program, speakers, registration, and community announcement with you. Your organization is credited as the host on the event page.
Offer a venue

Build a technical session

Co-organize a workshop or challenge around a useful NLP or AI problem.

What you contribute
A technical topic or challenge, expert mentors, and the tools or infrastructure participants need. Bring an early idea or a concrete proposal.
How we work together
Together, we define the learning goals, format, and practical setup. Your team is credited as a collaborator, with a link to the session’s event page and resources.
Propose a session

Open community. Independent program.

Munich NLP brings together students, researchers and practitioners. Partnerships help us create useful opportunities to learn, share work, and meet other people in the field.

Our organizers choose the technical program for its relevance to the community. Sponsorship is clearly acknowledged, and editorial decisions remain with the Munich NLP team.

From an idea to a shared plan

  1. Tell us what you have in mind. Share your organization, preferred format, rough dates, and what you could contribute.
  2. Agree the details together. We discuss the audience, responsibilities, costs, and how the partnership will be acknowledged.
  3. Make it happen. Once the plan is confirmed, we coordinate the activity and its community announcement.

Start a conversation

An early idea is enough.

Tell us what you’d like to make possible for the community.
